How do meetings work if nobody from Tech Arion is in Mumbai?

On video, and less often than you expect. There is one kickoff call, then a short call whenever a decision needs a conversation rather than a comment. Everything else is a link: a wireframe, a staging site, a campaign brief, a report. You approve it or ask for a change in the Ticket Agent dashboard, and the comment stays attached to the thing it is about. A WhatsApp group with the people who can decide covers the small questions in between.

How do you invoice, and in which currency?

In Indian rupees, from Tech Arion Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, with GST on the invoice. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; project work is billed against the milestones agreed in the written scope. You get the invoice by email and it is also in your dashboard.

Will anyone travel to Mumbai?

If it is worth it, yes, and only after you have agreed the cost. A kickoff workshop, a launch or a shoot is sometimes better in a room. Travel and stay are quoted separately and never slipped into a project price. Most projects run start to finish without anyone getting on a plane.

Who is responsible if an AI writes the code?

We are. Claude Code writes the change and the tests; one of our engineers reviews the diff and you approve the result on a staging environment. Nothing merges to main on its own, and there are no metered API tokens on your bill.

How a Hyderabad team works with Mumbai

Tech Arion has one office, in Hyderabad. Nothing on this page should be read as a Mumbai presence: there is no branch here and no local staff. Mumbai clients are served remotely, and the way that works is not complicated.

A single video call sets the goal, the audience and where an enquiry should land. A WhatsApp group carries the small questions. Everything that needs judging arrives as a link — a wireframe, a staging site, a campaign brief, a report — and you approve it or send it back in the Ticket Agent dashboard, where the request stays attached to the work rather than to somebody's inbox.

You are in our time zone, so a question in the morning is answered in the morning. Hyderabad to Mumbai is about an hour and twenty minutes in the air if a kickoff or a launch is worth doing face to face, and that cost is agreed with you before anyone books anything.

Mumbai briefs almost always arrive with a date attached: a launch, a festival campaign, an event, a listing that has to be live. Say the date on the first call. We will tell you then whether it is possible, and if it is not we will say so before you have paid anything, which is cheaper for both of us than finding out in week three.
