Do you have offices in other Indian cities?

No. One office, in Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad, and one team in it. Some agencies list a dozen cities they have no presence in; we would rather be a company you can actually visit in one place than a list of addresses. Clients in other states are served remotely, and the arrangement is described above.

How do meetings and approvals work at a distance?

One kickoff call on video, then short calls only when a decision needs a conversation. Everything else arrives as a link — a wireframe, a staging site, a report — and is approved or sent back in the Ticket Agent dashboard in plain English. A WhatsApp group with the decision makers covers the rest.

How do you invoice clients in other states?

In Indian rupees, from Tech Arion Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, with GST on the invoice. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and project work against the milestones written into the scope.

Who is responsible if an AI writes the code?

We are. Claude Code writes the change and the tests; one of our engineers reviews the diff and you approve the result on a staging environment. Nothing merges to main on its own, and there are no metered API tokens on your bill.

You write the ticket

Describe the bug or the feature the way you would say it out loud. Screenshots and a screen recording help. No Jira syntax, no story points.

Claude Code claims it

A Claude Code routine picks the ticket up with the full context of your repository, then writes the change and the tests that go with it.

It lands on staging

Every change is made on a staging branch and deployed to a staging environment first, so you can click through it before anyone touches production.

One of our engineers reviews the diff, and you approve the result in Ticket Agent. Nothing merges to main on its own.

The approved change is merged and deployed to the production cluster, and the ticket closes with the whole trail attached.

Delivering across India from one office

Tech Arion is one company with one office, in Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad. There are no regional branches and no franchise partners trading under the name. Everything you buy is made by the same team, which is the main reason work delivered to another state looks like work delivered down the road.

Remote delivery here means something specific. One video call to agree the goal. A WhatsApp group with whoever can decide. Then links: a wireframe, a staging environment, a campaign brief, a weekly report. Approvals and change requests go into the Ticket Agent dashboard in plain English, and each one keeps a record of who asked, what changed and when it reached production.

The whole country shares one time zone, so there is no overnight handover to design around and no calls at awkward hours. Invoices are in Indian rupees with GST, from Tech Arion Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. If a kickoff, a workshop or a launch is genuinely better in a room, we travel and the cost is quoted separately first.

Two things are not nationwide, and it is fairer to say so here than to let you find out on a call. The product photography studio is in Hyderabad, and the advertising screens we sell slots on are in Hyderabad food courts and drive-inns. Everything else on this site is built and run remotely.
