The four consultation days are written as on-site visits because in Hyderabad that is what they are. From the USA they run as scheduled video sessions of the same length, with the same reports and the same roadmap. If you want somebody in the room for a workshop or a launch, we travel and the cost is agreed before anyone books.

Tech Arion Pvt Ltd is registered in India and works out of one office, in Hyderabad. There is no American entity, no American office and nobody on your side of the world. Every hour of the work is delivered remotely, and the arrangement below is what you are actually buying.
Our published hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 IST. We do not run a night shift and will not claim one. What we do is hold your calls at the end of our day: 19:00 in Hyderabad is roughly 09:30 in New York and 06:30 in California, so a standing morning slot on the East Coast is an ordinary evening here. The written work runs in your favour without anyone staying up — a ticket or a review you send at five in the afternoon has usually been picked up by the time you are back at your desk.
We invoice in US dollars by bank transfer, from a company registered in India. The tax paperwork that goes with an export of services is a matter for your accountant and ours to settle on the first invoice, and we will not pretend to advise you on it.
This would not be our first American client. A sales suite we built — customer check-in, live inventory, price estimation from the daily metal board, wishlists and ERP uploads — runs in showrooms in the United States as well as in India. It sits behind a login and the client is not named here, so treat it as a reference we can walk you through on a call rather than a logo.
What you do not get: an account manager in your time zone, or an office you can visit. If either is a requirement, say so on the first call and we will tell you honestly that it is not us.

Months five and six are for measuring whether it worked. A three-month engagement stops halfway through that and leaves you with a pilot nobody uses.
