Tech Arion's only office is in Hyderabad. There is no Pune branch and nobody on the ground here, and we would rather say that at the top than have you find out later. Pune projects run remotely, on your working day.

In Indian rupees, from Tech Arion Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, with GST on the invoice. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; project work is billed against the milestones agreed in the written scope. You get the invoice by email and it is also in your dashboard.
If it is worth it, yes, and only after you have agreed the cost. A kickoff workshop, a launch or a shoot is sometimes better in a room. Travel and stay are quoted separately and never slipped into a project price. Most projects run start to finish without anyone getting on a plane.
The first two months go on understanding the business well enough to be useful, with quick wins to prove it. Months three and four are when the real thing gets built. Months five and six are for measuring whether it worked. A three-month engagement stops halfway through that and leaves you with a pilot nobody uses.
External costs. API fees, model usage, software licences and cloud infrastructure are billed at cost on top of the ₹1,20,000. We will estimate them before you commit, and they are usually small next to the retainer.
